The Medford Advantage: Why Working With Medford Fabrication Works For You

Quality Assurance

Medford Fabrication is more than a family operated business with a tradition of and a commitment to quality. It is also an organization that has manufactured products to Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) standards for more than forty years. The company boasts a fully implemented Quality Assurance Program [pdf] (ANSI/ASQC Standard Q9002-1994) including a team of Quality Assurance Inspectors, a Welding Program Manager certified by the American Welding Society, and registered Professional Engineers.
The Program utilizes accurate, appropriate testing equipment: an ultrasonic NDT system, welder qualification equipment, a hydraulic circuit test stand, a paint thickness tester, a sound level tester, and hydraulic destructive test facilities. Certification procedures are in place for materials, production, and employees.

Proven Capability

The engineering and manufacturing systems at Medford Fabrication are proven and capable. Our design engineering department uses AutoCAD 2000 and Autodesk Inventor for product design and drafting. We have professional engineers on staff who utilize the latest design software, including Working Model 4.0 for complex moving mechanisms and Visual Analysis 3.50.c for structural analysis and design. Our manufacturing engineering group uses SmartCam 11.5 to program Medford's CNC machines and burning operations.
Manufacturing information is managed using Visibility 6.44 on a Hewlett-Packard 9000/rp3410 64-bit Server which automatically generates work orders, tracks time, parts and labor, order materials and inventory status.
Design and manufacturing engineering services are available.
CSC, Inc. is a licensed contractor in Oregon (CCB 64008) and California (License No.200568).
